| Listen and repeat each vowel at least three times. |

 | Most Japanese sounds are
pronounced using equal length of time.
They are short and clipped one-beat sounds. |

| Listen and repeat at least three times. |
| If you can hear the pitch difference, imitate the pitch movement, too. |
