gomennasaい。
I'm sorry for what I have done or might have done. 「sumimasen」 sounds rather formal or sometimes businesslike. So, to INSIDERS or YOUNGERS, especially to children,「gomennasa い」 is preferable because it sounds more gentle and friendly. |
