UNIT 1-1 Self-Introduction

By adding 「です[des(u)]」after NOUNS, you can easily make NOUN sentences. In the MISJ programs, the sentences that end with NOUNS are called “NOUN sentences”.

NOUNです[des(u)]

In Japanese language, SUBJECT information is not indispensable to make a sentence. It is only added when the speaker feels it is necessary.
In addition, the Japanese language does not distinguish men from women. So the NOUN sentence pattern is very simple.
