However, unless your family name is as simple as Smith or Brown,
use your full name
when you introduce yourself so that the counterpart can choose either the first name or the family name, whichever is easier for him/her to pronounce.
Usually the sound system of your language is more complicated than Japanese.
Say your name as slowly and clearly as possible.
